The 2008 Gonzaga Debate Institute

Application for Admission

Thank you for applying to the 2007 GDI. The deadline for submitting an application is June 10th, 2008.  However, we encourage you to apply early as we tend to fill up quickly.  To apply simply fill out the application and return to us either by mail or e-mail. Please note that no slot is secured until we receive your $150 deposit.  Make checks payable to “Gonzaga Debate Institute".  We can accept checks, money orders, or credit cards (Visa, MC) for deposits.  All deposits are non-refundable.  You will be notified of admission status via email.

There are two ways to submit your application:

  • Apply by E-Mail.  You can email a word document version of your application to frappier@gem.gonzaga.edu. Please use the subject line "GDI Application - Your Name"  In the email you can include credit card information for the deposit (Name, Card #, Exp. date) or mail your $150 deposit to the address below. Note - Until we receive your deposit your slot is not guaranteed.

  • Apply by Mail: Send your application, along with a deposit check or money order for $150  payable to “Gonzaga Debate Institute" to the address listed below.   Acceptance letters and orientation materials will be sent via email to the addresses provided in this application. Orientation materials will include a confirmation letter, a list of frequently asked questions and answers, a medical form, an invoice reflecting your deposit and total payment due.  All deposits are non-refundable unless your application is denied. The deposit will be credited toward your balance.

  • You will notified of admissions status shortly after we receive your application. We will begin accepting applications on January 1st.
